7 Steps To Healthy Skin

Step 1 - Pre-Cleanse

We can't stress enough the importance of this step! Take off your makeup! You want to make sure that all traces of your makeup have been removed. To remove stubborn eye makeup, use our Gentle Makeup Remover. It effectively cleans away eye makeup without any irritation to the delicate skin around the eye. Your skin will be left feeling smooth and hydrated. Next, to remove the makeup from the rest of your face, use our Essential Cleansing Oil. It contains a powerful blend of healthy skin oils which provide deep cleansing action. It dissolves excess oil, impurities, and makeup from the skin without leaving any residue. Your skin will feel conditioned and renewed.

Step 2 - Cleanse

Give your skin a deeper cleanse with the Daily Polishing Cleanser. It will not only cleanse your skin but provide gentle exfoliation too! Jojoba Beads, Salicylic Acid and a lightening agent made of natural amino acids within this cleanser leave the skin looking healthy, radiant and with a more even tone.

Step 3 - Exfoliate

Exfoliating, especially during the winter, is very important as dead cells can build up, causing your skin to look dull and lack-lustre. Through exfoliation, you can remove these dead skin cells and promote cell turnover. However, it’s crucial to remember that you do not want to exfoliate too much, even for those with dry skin! Over-exfoliation can cause your skin to produce excess oil to protect itself and thus can result in oily skin. So aim to use Refresh Facial Polish up to 3 times a week.

Step 4 - Masks

A good facial mask should be included in your routine at least once a week, to soothe and hydrate your skin against the harsh external conditions it has to deal with. Check out our face masks here.

Step 5 - Serums

Serums are great if your skin needs that extra oomph to improve its appearance. Our Daily Power C serum helps repair and protect sun-damaged skin as well as being able to correct signs of aging, improve skin tone, and create a generally smoother and more luminous complexion.

Step 6 - Moisturisers

The most obvious part of a good skincare routine is probably moisturising. So make sure to use a good one like Phyto-Active Face Cream, a luxurious, ultra-rich moisturizer that not only provides hydration but also improves skin with the ultimate combination of advanced anti-aging ingredients by helping increase production of collagen and Hyaluronic Acid; soothing and refreshing the skin for enhanced radiance. Make sure you don’t forget your eyes too! The skin around your eye area is the most delicate part of your body and thus the first to show signs of ageing so make sure to be attentive with an Eye Cream, to fight against and improve the appearance of fine lines and puffiness while restoring skin’s texture.

Step 7 - Sun Protection

We can't stress enough that SPF is so important, even in the winter! UV Rays can still penetrate and damage the skin when the weather outside is cold and grey. Be sure to add some form of sun protection to ensure healthy skin in the long-term.
