1. Use Sunscreen No Matter the Weather
You may think you don't need sunscreen on a cloudy day, but, unfortunately, that's not the case. If you have sensitive skin, you need sunscreen every day of the week, regardless of the weather outside.
The clouds act as a reflective layer and can actually intensify the sun's rays. This puts you at risk if you're not wearing sunscreen.
It's important to protect your skin all year-round and in all types of weather. Choose a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher.
Sun lovers don't like to hear it, but tanned skin is damaged skin.
So, enjoy your time in the sun. But remember to slather on the sunscreen and protect yourself in the sun and shade.
2. Reapply Sunscreen
If you plan to be in the sun for a while, it's important to reapply your sunscreen every two hours. If you will be in and out of the water, reapply every hour instead.

It's not worth risking your health for a tan.

Many women use self-tanner year-round as part of their regular beauty routine. Whether you want a golden glow or a deep, dark tan, there are plenty of choices on the market.
7. Perform Regular Skin Checks
If you have fair, sensitive skin, you need to be vigilant about performing regular skin checks. Look for any new spots on your skin or any changes to existing moles, freckles, or birthmarks.
Use a mirror to evaluate hard-to-see areas of your body. If you notice anything out of the ordinary, be sure to see a doctor right away and have it checked.
