What Methods Can I Use to Brighten up My Dull Skin?

Eat a Healthier Diet

These products work to eliminate cracks that appear in your skin. When your skin looks dull, these cracks are usually to blame. By stimulating blood flow and erasing cracks, you're well on your way to brightened skin.

Use Cleansers and Toners When Washing Your Face

You probably already wash your face once in the morning and again at night before bed.

But are you just using water? Then you may be washing away those natural and beneficial oils your body's producing.

You might get cleaner skin, but it may also inadvertently make your skin look dull. Most likely, you're not getting rid of all the pollution you've accumulated throughout the day.

Make sure you add cleansers and toners to your skincare routine. Cleansers can deep clean without stripping your natural oils. And toners can boost your skin's brightness with its glycolic acid.

Exfoliate Regularly Too

In addition to washing your face with cleansers and toners, you'll want to exfoliate regularly.

Every day, we shed 500 million skin cells. While many make it into our homes as dust, many stay on our skin as well. The buildup of dead skin cells can dull the look of our skin.

An easy fix on how to brighten dull skin due to dead skin cells is to exfoliate regularly with specialised exfoliators. Not only will these products help eliminate dead skin cells, but they'll also stimulate cell regeneration. As a result, your skin will become rejuvenated.
